1) When you have a parcel to deliver, make sure it is ready for pick-up. This way, you avoid being billed extra for waiting time.

2) In the case of a bulky shipment, make sure it fits into a car. If not, please tell us; it will prevent us from having to go and get another, more appropriate vehicle, thus eliminating the waste of precious time.
